The 3M¿ EMC copper shielding tape 1181 is a copper foil with conductive acrylic adhesive. Its excellent corrosion resistance and very good punchability significantly expand its areas of application. With an electrical resistance of five milliohms, the copper foil, which is only 0.066 millimetres thick, has good conductivity and can be used not only for EMC applications but also for earthing and discharging electrostatics. The adhesive tape is flame retardant according to UL 510 and its adhesive is resistant to solvents, which allows for long functionality.
