Installation relays E297 are electromagnetically operated small contactors with 18mm width (1 module unit). With these installation relays, a reliable consumer control can be designed. As a rule, the installation relays are used via a control switch (permanent contact) where, for example, lighting, air conditioning, a fan or similar is to be controlled. The unit remains in the on position as long as the control voltage is applied to the coil. If the control voltage is interrupted, the installation relay always falls back into the rest position (off position). Thanks to the optimal switching capacity, they are also suitable for applications in industrial environments and in situations where it is necessary to ensure control over more powerful\nconsumers (such as several lighting groups).\nThe use of an optimised coil (low power loss = lower operating temperature) ensures trouble-free and safe use in the electrical distribution board. The quiet switching noises and the hum-free solenoid system also justify use in public buildings and in private households.
