The function:
The heat exchanger (A) consists of two chambers connected in series (yellow line symbolises separation). The flow switch (B) activates the buffer pump (C). The hot buffer water is fed into the first chamber via the thermo valve (D) (red line). The buffer water cooled down in the first chamber is used for admixing at the thermo valve (orange line) to the set buffer maximum temperature as long as the tapping is running. As long as the tap is running, only the amount of water required to maintain the set mixing temperature is taken from the buffer - similar to an injection circuit. Depending on the tapping capacity and the buffer temperature, the -injection water quantity- is between almost zero and 100 percent. The -injection quantity- taken during operation flows via the connection between the first and second chamber (E) through the second half of the heat exchanger (blue line) and is further cooled there by the cold water flowing in countercurrently.
Circulation:
The circulation unit is permanently mounted on the station and integrated in the control system ready to plug in (in the Z version with circulation).
Only the circulation pump has to be provided by the customer.
