The HY 230 or HY 230 I electronic hygrostat is used for dehumidifying or humidifying closed rooms. It is suitable for all living areas and commercial premises, also for damp rooms such as bathrooms (please note the protection class when installing), washing and drying rooms. The hygrostat detects the room humidity with an internal sensor and switches the fans, heat recovery units or humidification or dehumidification units on and off depending on the setpoint. The HY 230 or HY 230 I is either mounted directly on a flush-mounted box or mounted on the wall using the APM HY 230 surface-mounting set. With a dip switch on the circuit board, the operating mode dehumidification (factory setting) or humidification can be set during commissioning.
