Construction:
Control unit consisting of hydraulic part
and Reflex Control Basic control
and operating unit.
Both are ergonomically and maintenance-friendly
integrated into a modular floor-standing
frame system made of EV 1 anodised
aluminium precision profiles
.
In the hydraulic part, the pressure is maintained by means of
a stainless steel centrifugal pump in connection
with a robust dirt-resistant
motor ball valve as overflow device
.
A dirt trap connected upstream of the overflow section
additionally supports its
function.
A safety valve serves to protect the pressure of
the connected Variomat
basic vessel VG or VF secondary vessel
. The system pressure is measured by an
electronic sensor.
Pressure-side system connections are
designedas secured
shut-off ball valves.
All fittings are located
on a
rotatable base platefor variable
arrangement of the hydraulics.
The control unit is completely piped and
