LED gear tray, coated white (...WS-...), silver (...SI-...) or black (...SW-...). RIDI LED linear modules, non-toxic, fitted with mid-power LEDs for maximum efficiency. The PCBs are pressed onto the gear tray profile over the entire surface for optimum heat dissipation. Soldered joints of the LED modules meet the strictest quality standards with regard to shrinkage and stability in case of vibration and torsion. No heat coupling between LED modules and converter. Lens optics with wide light distribution made of clear, UV-resistant PMMA, integrated flush into the gear tray. Oil-resistant end caps of thermoplastic material, with seal for protection rating up to IP54. Width of the gear tray identical to that of the trunking. Spring steel clamp for fastening the gear tray in the mounting rail VLTM. Together with the trunking rail VLTM for the production of modular and variable continuous rows in protection class IP20 and IP54. The gear trays can be mounted at any position in the trunking. Electrical adapter for flexible tapping of current conduction in the trunking rail with automatically contacted protective earth conductor. Phase selection by sliding contact. Colour and optical coding for easy mounting. Mechanical coding to prevent incorrect installation (anti-twist protection). In the case of variably positioned gear trays and where the operating device meets the trunking rail connector, mounting is only possible with the trunking rail connector VLTV ...-600. Via an integrated, flexible resistor (ResFlex), 10 different resistances and thus 10 different luminous flux levels can be set for the luminaire (factory setting: maximum luminous flux). Material gear tray: extruded aluminium profile LED gear tray with blue colour coding for mounting in VLTM-5, VLTM-7 or VLTM-11.
