The fancoil controller with radio receiver in elegant design is used for individual temperature regulation and control of heating/cooling valves in hotels, offices and living rooms. The flat housing with elegant glass surface, touch-sensitive operating keys offers a large display for showing the time, room conditions as well as the current status of the HVAC technology. The unit is designed for four- or two-pipe systems with changeover.
Up to four switching times per weekday (3 time channels with 4 time periods each) and the integrated ECO function enable efficient, resource-saving and demand-oriented control. For hotel applications, the unit offers the option of an additional zone (bathroom heating) in conjunction with room temperature sensor and SAB+/SAB05 radio actuator.
condensation monitors or temperature sensors for change-over applications can be integrated via the two inputs on the unit, and additional window contacts/handles, sensors for change-over function or as external measured value, movement sensors, keycards and radio valve actuators can be integrated via the radio interface. Radio and wired sensors and actuators are processed identically and can be used in any combination.
